No Bake Biscuit Cake

Looking for a simple, quick and dangerously addictive no bake cake, you have to check this fantastic no bake biscuit cake. Very simple to make, this biscuit cake calls for chocolate chips,honey, butter and crushed biscuits, how easy na. One more no bake dessert to give a try definitely, kids will enjoy thoroughly this no bake cake when served along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. However you can replace this no bake cake in many desserts to give a twist to the usual desserts.

Am running this week's blogging marathon with 'No Bake Desserts' as theme for this week. After some oats bites, am posting this no bake biscuit cake for this theme. Again a kid's friendly no bake dessert, kids will go crazy if they saw this ultimate cake. When i googled for this no bake cake, i saw many biscuit cake recipes calls for digestive biscuits. But i replaced the digestive biscuits with a simple 'LU' tea biscuits, this biscuits works awesome. If you want to make a quick cake for a party or an evening snack cake for your kids, just give a try to this easy breezy biscuit cake.

No Bake biscuit cake, biscuit cake

1packet Lu tea biscuits
1+1/2cup Chocolate chips (i used milk chocolate)
75grams Butter
1/4cup Honey

Break the biscuits into pieces and take it in a large bowl.

Line a baking tray with a baking paper, grease the paper and keep aside.

Meanwhile melt the chocolate chips, butter, honey in a pot and mix until they turns smooth.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuits and stir well.

Spread this mixture in a prepared pan, press lightly and keep in fridge for atleast two hours.

Cut into squares and enjoy.
