Again a kid's friendly no bake dessert, kids will go crazy if they saw this ultimate cake. When i googled for this no bake cake, i saw many biscuit cake recipes calls for digestive biscuits. But i replaced the digestive biscuits with a simple 'LU' tea biscuits, this biscuits works awesome. If you want to make a quick cake for a party or an evening snack cake for your kids, just give a try to this easy breezy biscuit cake.
1packet Lu tea biscuits
1+1/2cup Chocolate chips (i used milk chocolate)
75grams Butter
1/4cup Honey
Break the biscuits into pieces and take it in a large bowl.
Line a baking tray with a baking paper, grease the paper and keep aside.
Meanwhile melt the chocolate chips, butter, honey in a pot and mix until they turns smooth.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuits and stir well.
Spread this mixture in a prepared pan, press lightly and keep in fridge for atleast two hours.
Cut into squares and enjoy.
