Cauliflower Manchurian/Gobi Manchurian

Though i have already posted varieties of Indo chinese manchurians, few dishes are yet to be posted in my space. I know its not normal for a food blogger like me, but its not too late to post those dishes na. One among those dishes i havent posted yet is this well known and quite a popular Indo chinese restaurant style cauliflower manchurian. Eventhough i have already prepared this delicious gobi manchurians at home for many occasions, i have completely forgotten about to post here.

My today's post is a dry gobi manchurian which my daughter never forget to order whenever we go to Indian restaurant eventhough i make them quite often at home. Yes sometimes we cant change our food habits even we go to our own Indian restaurant.Am running this week's blogging marathon with Make take out at home as theme, obviously after two interesting restaurant style dishes, here comes the most favourite dish of my daughter. You can serve this gobi manchurian as starter or else as side dish to enjoy with a bowl of fried rice.
