Though i have already posted varieties of Indo chinese manchurians, few dishes are yet to be posted in my space. I know its not normal for a food blogger like me, but its not too late to post those dishes na. One among those dishes i havent posted yet is this well known and quite a popular Indo chinese restaurant style cauliflower manchurian. Eventhough i have already prepared this delicious gobi manchurians at home for many occasions, i have completely forgotten about to post here.
My today's post is a dry gobi manchurian which my daughter never forget to order whenever we go to Indian restaurant eventhough i make them quite often at home. Yes sometimes we cant change our food habits even we go to our own Indian restaurant.Am running this week's blogging marathon with Make take out at home as theme, obviously after two interesting restaurant style dishes, here comes the most favourite dish of my daughter. You can serve this gobi manchurian as starter or else as side dish to enjoy with a bowl of fried rice.
25nos Cauliflower florets
1tsp Dark Soya sauce
1/2cup Corn flour
2tbsp All purpose flour
1tsp Red chilli sauce
Salt(if needed)
Water
Oil for deep frying
For Manchurian:
1cup Green bell pepper (cubed)
1no Onion Chopped
3nos Garlic cloves( minced)
1tsp Ginger (minced)
1tsp Light soya sauce
1tsp Green chilli sauce
1tsp Tomato ketchup
1tsp White vinegar
2tbsp Sesame Oil
1tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
Salt (if needed)
Add the flours, salt and sauces to the cooked cauliflower florets and mix well.
Deep fry the marinated cauliflower florets until they turns brown.
Now heat the sesame oil, add immediately the chopped onion with minced garlic cloves,minced ginger, saute for a few minutes.
Add immediately the bell peppers with light soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and white vinegar,toss everything for few minutes or until the oil get separates, add salt if needed.
Add now the deep fried cauliflower florets to the veggies, toss well until they get well mixed with the sauces.
Put off the stove. Serve hot as side dish.

Are you serious?..You don't have a cauliflower manchurian, unbelievable yaar...and your bowl looks super sinful!
Even after my lunch I feel like digging into that delicious bowl of manchurian . Looks real good and I am drooling over it .
Manchuria looks absolutely delicious.
My kids also love this and it is their favorite appetizer along with samosa!
I haven't posted Manchurian on my blog either. This cauliflower Manchurian sounds delectable. I can wipe that bowl clean.
This happens to me all the time and I forget to post the regular ones too. This cauliflower Manchurian looks amazing.
