Baking, i cant keep me away from baking. Its was earlier one among the passion but now its a part of my life. Blogging world have loads of baking challenges and whenever i get the chance to bake with these baking groups,i'll join immediately. Am already a member of different, very challenging baking groups so that i can still learn different bakes. Baking is like ocean, there are so many different way of bakings especially for bread baking, however baking makes me happy and keeps me busy. I can bake for a whole day if i feel so down, yes its my stress burster.

Recently i joined a group called Fondbites, Bake Along by Subhashini, every week on monday,a baking dish will be challenged to the members of this baking group and we need to post before the next sunday. Its already 29th week now,but still this group welcomes bakeaholics like me. Actually i came to know about this group while i was bloghopping at Gayathri's Space. Coming to today's post, these cheese crackers are super addictive, with easy ingredients these tiny crackers are just awesome to munch with a cup of tea or coffee for an evening snacks. My kids loved it and i couldnt even save some for my H, obviously i tried this crackers already twice. This crackers goes to Bake Along #29.

3/4cup All purpose flour + 1tbsp flour for dusting
1tbsp Milk
1tbsp Sugar
1/4tsp Salt
50grams Butter (cold)
175grms Cheddar cheese (cold)

Grate the butter and cheese and take both in a bowl.

Add in the sugar, salt, flour, mix well with finger to make bread crumbs like texture.

Add the milk and knead everything as a dough.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface, roll it 1/4inch thickness.

Cut the dough either with cookie cutter as tiny bites or simply cut them as small squares, dont cut as medium or large squares.

Stick with the small squares.

Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a baking tray with a baking sheet.

Transfer the squares to the baking sheet, and make a small indent in middle with a toothpick.

Bake for 10-12minutes.

Let them cool completely and munch it.

Store them in air tightened box.

The sugar quantity luks a bit scary. Shud i use half a tsp instead? I dont want to ruin my crackers by having them taste "sweet"! Pls do reply at the earliest.

@Anonymous, yes if you want to deduce the quantity of the sugar please go ahead, however 1tablespoon of sugar wont turn the crackers too sweet. Hope this helps.
