Eggless Oats Butterscotch Chips Cookies

Its been a while i baked cookies with oats as main ingredient, this cuties are my recent bakes which i simply baked out easily and quickly with quick cooking oats and butter scotch chips. Adding butterscotch chips makes this cookies more delicious, obviously oats makes these cookies more nutritious and highly rich in fibre. As usual these cookies are eggless but not butter free, if you want to make some scrumptious cookies dont skip butter. Butter plays an important role in this cookies and its winter here so we love to add some fat in our daily meal or bakes just to tolerate the nasty chilled weather. Since few days, the weather in Paris is very much down and its quite hard to tolerate. We keep ourself comforting by indulging some fat loaded foods just to make us happy.

Eggless oats Butterscotch Cookies

You will definitely enjoy thoroughly every bite of this fibre rich cookies. If you have kids who hates oats at home, just give a try to this cookies to feed them, am sure they wont even notice the addition of oats in this cookies. Since i used quick cooking oats, its quite easy to make bakes out this incredible wholegrains.If you are searching a simple,quick,satisfying and super flavourful healthy snacks, these cookies are for you. With a mild cinnamon flavour, these cookies are the prefect pair to enjoy with a cup of tea and they will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth.

Eggless Oats cookies with butterscotch chips

1cup All purpose flour
1cup Quick cooking oats
1cup Sugar
1/2cup Butter
1/2tsp Cinnamon powder
1/2tsp Baking powder
1/2cup Butterscotch chips
Milk (as per need)

Preheat the oven to 350F, mix together the flour,quick cooking oats,baking powder and cinnamon powder and keep aside.

Beat the butter,sugar together until they turn soft and fluffy.

Eggless oats butterscotch cookies

Now add the flour mixture,butterscotch chips and add milk as per need,mix everything well as a dough. Drop a small ball of the dough in a baking sheet lined over a baking tray with enough space in between.

Bake for 15-20minutes until the crust turns lightly brown. Cool them completely.

Serve with your favourite drinks.

These look similar to oats cookies I baked for HBC back in October. I loc d oats and butterscotch chips combination. Your cookies loon yummy.
