I have never been a person who generally liked nuts even before I knew I had allergies to some of them. My whole family used to snack on roasted cashews while I would be the only one eating an apple. However, I dont mind them in baked goods and would be willing to try long as my EPI pen was close by as I seem to be getting allergic to more and more nuts as I get older :(
