Apple, Oats & Chocolate Chips Pudding

Pudding, this dessert can be prepared with fruits, bread slices or else with grains like rice, oats etc. Pudding can be sweet or savoury, also they can be prepared either by baking, steaming or else by boiling. Depending upon the ingredients went in it, pudding can be served as main course or else for desserts. Today's post is a delicious, simple and fruity pudding baked with apples, chocolate chips and rolled oats. Easy to prepare this pudding can be prepared quickly. Almost like one bowl cakes, you just need a bowl and a whisk to prepare this fantastic pudding.

Apple, Chocolate chips & Oats Pudding

Quick to make and bake, this apple pudding gets ready with less efforts. With easily available ingredients, you can bake out this pudding at anytime of the day. Even a kid can bake this pudding with an adult help, yes this pudding is a easiest dessert i have baked till now.  This pudding is a cross between a cobbler and cake, loaded with apple this pudding tastes absolutely delicious. Serve this ultimate pudding with a scoop of icecream, or else serve with caramel or chocolate sauce trust me everyone at home will thoroughly enjoy this dessert. Am running this week's blogging marathon with Apple desserts as theme, obviously am posting this pudding for this theme.

4nos Apples (peeled,cored & sliced)
1/2cup All purpose flour
1/2cup Rolled Oats
2nos Eggs
1cup Sugar
1/4cup Melted butter
1tsp Baking powder
1/4tsp Baking soda
1/4cup Chocolate chips

Drop the sliced apples to the greased square pan. Preheat the oven to 350F.

Whisk the eggs, sugar until the mixture turns creamy, now add the melted butter and mix well.

Now add flour, rolled oats, baking powder, baking soda and turn everything as a batter.

Oats, Chocolate Chips & Apple Pudding

Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the apple slices and top it with the batter.  Sprinkle some oats on the top of the pudding.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until the crust turns golden brown.

Serve warm.
