Extremely addictive and dangerously delicious, these fritters are our family favourite now. If you are planning to dish out this apple fritters dont forget to prepare a huge quantity else you will regret definitely.

Apple fritters, Fritters with apple chunks

You cant just stop with a fritter, these fritters dusted with confectioner's sugar are definitely an excellent evening snacks to munch with your favourite drink. The batter for making these fritters calls for simple ingredients and an egg. But i completely skipped the egg part and i prepared the batter simply by replacing the egg with flaxseed meal. Spiced with cinnamon powder, these apple fritters is definitely a comforting munchies to enjoy while the weather is nasty outside. Am running this week's blogging marathon with 'Bookmarked recipes' as theme, and am posting this recipe under this interesting theme.
