Vegan WholeWheat Chocolate Chips Muffins

If you are looking for an easy breezy Vegan muffins, you should have a look at this fantastic chocolate chips loaded muffins. Whole wheat pastry flour works awesome to bake this incredible vegan muffins. If you want something healthy and interesting as a vegan muffins, then this muffins is a must to give a try. Though i baked these vegan muffins with chocolate chips, you can replace the chocolate chips with any sort of fruits. 

Wholewheat Chocolate Chips Muffins
This muffins calls for an easy breezy preparation, you doesnt need any special gadget and this muffins calls for one bowl. Yes its a one bowl muffins, to give a try without any hesitation. With an adult's help, even a kid can prepare this muffin batter with less efforts. Am posting this Vegan muffins for this month's bake-a-thon and these muffins are going to be a part of this baking event.

Vegan Wholewheat Muffins

2cups Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp Cinnamon powder
1/4tsp Salt
1cup Almond Milk
1tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2cup Vegetable Oil
1/2cup Sugar
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2tsp Baking powder
1cup Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F, Line a muffin tin with paper liners and keep aside.

Sift together the baking powder, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

In a bowl, whisk the sugar, oil, almond milk, vinegar, vanilla extract.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients with a rubber spatula and stir until everything gets mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.

Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tray.

Bake the muffins for 15-20minutes until the tops are golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center of the muffins comes out clean.

Transfer the tin to a cooling rack and remove the muffins out of the tin.

Let it cool completely.
