Grated Vegetable Pakodas/Mixed Grated Vegetable Fritters

Pakodas aka deep fried fritters have their own place in our snack platter. Yes if its raining or if its time to watch a movie together, i dont forget to get ready with a box of pakodas. However a cup of hot masala chai with a plate of pakodas is definitely a real bliss. Though deep frying is quite rare in my kitchen nowadays, i dont hesitate to prepare fritters once a while as i have some deep fried food lovers at home. Coming to this fritters, this time i sticked with grated colourful vegetables which turned these fritters much catchy and colourful obviously. Grated vegetables gets well mixed with the flour mix and its quite an interesting way to feed vegetables to kids. Anyhow this pakodas makes an excellent munchies while watching a movie.
Sending this to Srivalli's Kid's Delight event, guest hosted by Ritu themed on Movie Time Munchies.

Mixed vegetable pakodas, Grated vegetable pakodas

Am running this week's blogging marathon with Kid's Delight - Movie time munchies, after two interesting munchies, the final post for this week's theme is this dangerously addictive pakodas. Since the vegetables are grated finely, none can remove and throw away the vegetables, needless to say its quite an interesting way to add vegetables in your kid's diet. Since kids like deep fried pakoras very much, am sure they will enjoy this colourful pakodas without any fuss. Any vegetable works awesome in dishing out this extremely crispy and dangerously addictive pakodas. Give a try and do let me know.
