Egg White Cubes is a creative way to hide eggs secretly in a Kurma, so that kids don't find out. Kurma looks super yum!

The masala ingredients in the gravy sounds very flavorful. I am sure paneer can be used instead of the eggs for vegetarians.

I didn't know that there are egg cubes and the addition of eggs must add extra nutrition to the veg kurma.
