Gluten Free Broccoli & Onion Pakoras

Though i keep myself away from deep frying, weather in Paris makes us to crave sometimes for deep fried fritters. Obviously once a while i dish out some crispy fried beauties either for our snacks or else for starter. Broccoli, this antioxidant rich vegetable is definitely a must in my cooking, i dont forget to add them often in my dishes, though kids are not big fan of this vegetables. Needless to say, i have to think twice to make dishes with broccoli florets. Anything fried is definitely kid's favourite, hence i prepared this fantastic pakoras out of them, as this pakoras are loaded with broccoli and onions.

Vegan Broccoli & Onion Pakoras

Trust me, these pakoras are dangerously addictive, and this pakoras are totally gluten free and vegan. Simply favoured with crushed fennel seeds and chilly powder, this simple and crispy pakoras makes an excellent starter to munch without any guilt. Kids will enjoy this crispy fritters eventhough these fritters have broccoli in it. Adding chopped onions to a this broccoli fritters makes this fritters more flavourful. You can add any sort of vegetables to this same pakoras, though i prepared mine simply with chopped broccoli florets. And this pakoras are going to this week's blogging marathon as am running with 'Bite sized Appetizer' as theme.

This is a good idea of using broccoli in pakoras. Even my kids don't eat broccoli.I suppose in pakoras they will eat it as they love cauliflower pakoras.
