Winter, yes this season calls for some fabulous warm foods to keep ourselves warm to face this drastic weather. Winter for us goes for some cheesy foods, comforting bowl of soups to keep yourself good. I will try to keep my lunch or dinner as simple as possible during this weather. Winter warmers are must especially for kids, obviously i will do some exclusive foods during this weather. Usually i avoid deep frying however winter pulls us to make crispy fritters just to please our tastebuds. Can refuse na, as winnter's chilled weather asks for hot and crispy foods. You may wonder why am talking about the Winter, i have a reason for this.
Am running this week's blogging marathon with Kid's delight - Winter Warmers as theme, obviously i will be posting three different and winter friendly dishes for the theme. All my three dishes are approved as best winter warmers by my kids. For the first day of this week's theme, i cant stop myself posting this ultimate winter warmer aka Hot chocolate. Chilled weathers calls for hot chocolate or masala chai. My kids are ardent fans of hot chocolate and if its with nutella, do i need anything else to say. When i served this hot chocolate to everyone at home, i cant explain how happy they were and needless to say that this drink was a big hit at home.

2cups Full fat milk
3tbsp Nutella
Marshmallows
Take the milk and nutella in a sauce pan.
Heat in simmer and mix well until nutella gets well mixed with the milk.
Once the milk is hot, pour it in a large mugs.
Drop the marshmallows, dust with chocolate powder or chocolate shavings.
Serve immediately.
If you want to spice your hot chocolates, dont forget to add cinnamon bark and cloves which heating the milk and nutella.
Since i want mine as simple, i omitted adding the spices.
Enjoy warm.

This is a brilliant idea. I don't have cocoa always but Nutella will be there for sure. Great idea to make hot chocolate with Nutella. Perfect recipe.
That is a lovely drink to cuddle up with on wintry evenings. A nice alternative to good old hot chocolate.
That looks so nice and warm perfect fort he weather we are having now. My kids wouldn't mind a cup of the warm beverage.

though it is warmer today, it has been FREEZING with single digit temps for most of the weekend and this week - this hot chocolate is perfect for those cold nights!
